Results from our HVAC work, read through a systems lens

Our published case studies come from HVAC companies. They show what happens when lead volume grows, and why that growth only pays when every lead, job and invoice lands in a system that can handle it.

These are results from our HVAC work, named and linked so you can check them. None of them comes from another trade, and none is presented as the outcome of a single tool. What they show is relevant to any owner going digital: once marketing starts working, paper becomes the bottleneck.

Lead volume that paper can't hold

Start with CombiBoiler.ca: 300+ monthly leads, 300% ROI, and 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords.

Think about 300 leads a month in operational terms. That's roughly 14 every working day. Logged on paper, even a 5% loss rate means 15 enquiries a month that nobody follows up. At that scale a CRM isn't a luxury; it's the only way to know which leads were called back, quoted and won.

HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. A return like that depends on two things marketing can't do alone: answering the leads quickly and invoicing the work promptly. That's the part of the business our paper to CRM and digital invoicing services address.

Fast growth needs a system ready before it arrives

BCWide.ca saw 3× leads in 90 days, and CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth.

Tripling enquiries in a single quarter is the scenario where paper-based offices crack. The phone rings more, the office falls behind on callbacks, quotes go out later, and some of the gain is lost to slow follow-up. The lesson for any trade: set up the shared customer record and scheduling before you turn up the marketing, not after. Our audit and roadmap is built around that sequencing.

Reviews as a steady habit

We built GasBoilers.ca as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat. It covers 26+ BC communities, and its Google profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

A rating profile like that comes from consistently asking real customers, not from a one-time push. That's exactly what review request automation is designed to make routine: every completed job gets the same polite ask, within Google's rules, whether the office is quiet or swamped.

What transfers to your trade

The specifics of HVAC marketing don't all carry over to a roofer or an electrician. These lessons do:

  • Volume exposes weak systems. If you can't say how many leads you got last month and how many you called back, more marketing will mostly produce more lost leads.
  • Speed of response matters as much as lead count. A lead answered the same hour is worth more than one answered the next day. A shared inbox and CRM make that speed possible.
  • Cash flow is part of ROI. A return figure means little if invoices sit unsent for a week. Digital invoicing protects the return you've already earned.
  • Reviews compound. A routine of asking every customer builds a profile that keeps working in slow months.
  • Measure from your own system. All of these results were tracked, not guessed. A CRM gives you the same ability to see what's working.

How we'll report on your progress

We don't promise a lead count. We agree on a handful of measures at the start, such as the share of leads logged and answered within a business day, days from job completion to invoice, days to payment and review requests sent per completed job, and we review them with you monthly from your own software.

The full set of HVAC case studies is published at hvac.agency/case-studies. To discuss what similar discipline could look like in your business, see our services or pricing, then call, text or email.

A fair way to read any case study

When you look at results from any agency, including ours, ask three questions: is the client named and the site live, is the number specific, and does it match what you can see today? Ours are named and linked so you can check. Then ask the more useful question: what would have to be true in my business for something similar to work? Usually the answer starts with being able to handle the leads.

Frequently asked questions

Are these results from CRM or invoicing projects?

No. They are results from our HVAC marketing work, published at hvac.agency/case-studies. We show them as proof of our method and to illustrate what lead volume demands from a business's systems, not as results of a specific software setup.

Do you have results from plumbing or roofing?

We don't publish case studies outside HVAC. The methods carry over, but we won't present HVAC numbers as if they came from another trade.

Can you promise similar numbers?

No. Results depend on your market, your offer, your capacity and how consistently the systems are used. We'll show you how we'd measure progress, not promise a number.
