Our plans come from the Trades.Agency family, the parent brand for our trades work. The entry point is $1,999 a month, which drops to $1,499 a month if you pay annually, plus GST/HST. Software subscriptions are separate and paid to the vendors in your company's name. The full, current price list is on the Trades.Agency pricing page.

The three plans
| Plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | In short |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The core marketing plan, suited to an established shop making its first systems change |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | Marketing across more channels; Trades.Agency website packages are half price on this plan |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own dedicated marketing team and priority support, with a website design and build of any package at no charge |
All figures are Canadian dollars, with your province's GST/HST on top (GST and QST in Quebec). You're billed month to month by default, nothing locks you in beyond a 30-day cancellation notice, and choosing a year upfront earns the lower rate.
We scope the systems work (CRM migration, booking, invoicing, review automation, or the roadmap) during the free consultation and confirm in writing which plan it fits and what's included before anything starts.
What drives the cost of going digital
Your total cost has three parts: our plan, the software, and your team's time. Owners usually underestimate the third.
1. The state of your data. A clean spreadsheet of 800 customers imports in an afternoon. Twelve years of carbon copies, three spreadsheets and a phone full of contacts take far longer to sort out.
2. How many systems are involved. Connecting a CRM to accounting, payments, booking and review requests is more work than setting up one tool on its own.
3. Team size and training. Training three people differs from training thirty across several crews and shifts.
4. Your trade's complexity. A service business with short, repeatable jobs is simpler to set up than a renovation company with multi-stage projects, progress billing and change orders.
5. Software tier. Field-service platforms are usually priced per user per month, and higher tiers add features like inventory, multi-location or advanced reporting. You only need the tier that matches the plan.
A worked budget example
Here's how an owner of a six-person plumbing shop might think through the numbers before calling us:
- Software: say six users on a mid-tier field-service CRM plus a payment processor's transaction fees. The vendor's own pricing page will give the real figure; we'll help you estimate it.
- Our plan: Growth at $1,999 per month for the setup period, or $1,499 per month on annual billing.
- Team time: roughly three hours a week from the office manager for six weeks, plus two short training sessions for the techs.
- Payback test: if the shop currently loses ten callers a month, books half of those it reaches, and averages $550 a job, recovering even half of that lost work is worth about 10 × 0.5 × 0.5 × $550 ≈ $1,375 a month. Faster invoicing adds a cash-flow benefit on top.
If the payback test doesn't come close to covering the cost, we'll say so and suggest a smaller first step.
How to choose a plan
- Growth fits most single-location shops that want one or two systems changes, tied to core marketing.
- Elite fits businesses that want broader marketing alongside the systems work, or need a new website as part of the change (the 50% website discount matters here).
- Enterprise fits multi-crew or multi-location companies that need a dedicated team and priority support.
Unsure? Start with the audit and roadmap, which tells you what the work involves before you commit to a plan. You can also compare the services, read the FAQ, or check results from our HVAC work.
What you won't pay for
- No setup fee to talk to us; the first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible trades businesses.
- No lock-in: month-to-month by default.
- No markup on your software; you pay vendors directly.
- No charge to take your data with you. The accounts are yours.
Call, text or email to talk through which plan fits, and we'll put the scope in writing.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month, and 30 days' notice ends the arrangement. Annual billing lowers the monthly rate if you're ready to commit.
Is software included in the plan price?
No. CRM, booking, invoicing and review tools are billed by their vendors directly to your company. That keeps the accounts and data in your name. We'll give you realistic software cost ranges during planning.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible trades businesses and separate from any paid plan. It's enough time to map your biggest leak and tell you honestly whether we're a fit.
Do prices include GST or HST?
No. Trades clients pay in Canadian dollars, plus GST/HST based on their province (GST and QST in Quebec).
