The quickest way to reach Trades.Digital is to call or text (604) 632-4959. You can also email Ali@Sedighi.ca. There's no sign-up and no booking calendar for us; just a direct line to a senior strategist who'll ask how your office works today.
Office hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.
What happens next
Send a short note
Your business name, city and what you need.
Get a reply
Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.
Plan the next step
If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.
Three ways to reach us
Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk it through right away. If we're on another call, leave a short message with your name, trade and when we should call back.
Text (604) 632-4959. Best if you're on the tools. A few lines is plenty, and you can send photos of your current work orders or whiteboard if it helps explain the problem.
Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to share a bit more detail, attach a sample invoice or quote, or loop in your office manager.
What to include in your first message
You don't need a polished brief. These details help us give you a useful answer on the first reply:
- your business name, trade and city or region
- how many people work in the field and in the office
- roughly how many jobs you complete in a month
- what you use now: paper, spreadsheets, a whiteboard, or software you've tried
- the one problem you'd fix first if you could (lost leads, slow quotes, late payments, few reviews)
- whether you're coming into or out of your busy season
Here's a template you can copy into a text or email:
Hi, I'm [Your name] from [Business name], a [trade] company in [City]. We have [number] techs and [number] in the office and do about [number] jobs a month. Right now we run on [paper / spreadsheets / software name]. Our biggest headache is [problem]. Best time to reach me is [time].
What happens next
- We reply by your preferred channel, usually within one business day, with a couple of questions or a suggested time to talk.
- The free consultation. In 30 minutes we map how a job moves through your business and identify the biggest leak. You'll leave with at least one thing you can fix yourself, whether or not you hire us.
- A written scope. If it makes sense to work together, we send a short written plan with the stages, the plan price, likely software costs and what we'll measure. Nothing starts until you agree.
If we're not the right fit, for example because you need custom software development or bookkeeping services, we'll tell you so rather than stretch.
Before you reach out
A few things worth knowing:
- We are a marketing and business consulting service. We are not a contractor and don't install, repair or service anything, so please don't contact us for service calls from your customers.
- We don't sell software. You'll open your own accounts and pay vendors directly.
- Plans start at $1,999 per month, or $1,499 per month on annual billing, plus GST/HST by province; see the pricing page for detail.
- We work across Canada; the areas page explains how provincial rules affect paperwork and rebates.
Useful reading while you wait
If you'd like to get a head start, our paper to CRM migration guide walks through a 30-day plan, the getting paid faster guide covers invoicing and cash flow, and the services overview helps you decide where to begin. The FAQ covers contracts, data ownership and timelines.
Trades.Digital is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.
When not to wait for a reply
If you're in the middle of a crisis, such as automated messages going to the wrong customers or a booking page sending customers to the wrong place, say so in the first line of your text and call as well. We'll triage it first. For everything else, a short message is plenty, and we'll take it from there.
Frequently asked questions
Can I just text instead of calling?
Yes. Many owners text from the truck between jobs. Send a few lines about your business and what's frustrating you, and we'll reply by text or set up a call at a time that suits you.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible trades businesses, with no obligation and no follow-up sales sequence.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No, but it helps to know roughly how many jobs you do a month, your average job value, and what tools (if any) your office uses now. Even rough numbers are fine.
Can my office manager contact you instead of me?
Absolutely. Office managers often know the paperwork problems best. For decisions on scope and budget we'll want the owner involved at some point.
